During my career
I started my professional career as a consultant with Deloitte’s M&A Transaction Services where we advise buyers and sellers in transactions. Since my internships were primarily focussed on the banking sector, I gained lots of insights in different aspects of risk assessment & evaluation as well as compliance with banking supervison. Plus, those internships taught me about the current transformation and digitalization processes.
- Successfully contributed to a variety of buy- and sell-side Due Diligences covering among others intrastructure, retail, long-term project work and sports
- Performing valuations for tax-related reasons and based on shareholder disputes including complex financing structures
- Experience in rating financial institutions & sovereigns and providing risk-based credit votings
- Consecutive assessment of risks occuring from interest rate changes and payment obligations
- Preparation of key information for management decisions
With mōmentum
Along with the other two co-founders, I developed several websites for a varying fields of business.
My personal responsibilities with mōmentum are listed below.
- As CEO I was responsible for organizational tasks such as correspondence with the authorities
- I was responsible for on & off-page search engine optimization (SEO)
- I was also actively involved in planning & implementing projects
- All three of us were frequently publishing blogs concerning SEO, Webdevelopment as well as digitalization in general on our homepage
During my studies
Especially during my Bachelor studies I was quite involved on campus. Unfortunately due to the COVID-pandemic, this wasn’t possible during my Master studies.
- Founding member of a liberal student fraction
- Student teacher for introduction to economics and basic finance
- Member of the academic stock market club
- Assisting the faculty hosting a summer school for exchange students from the former soviet union
- Several student assistant positions concerning history of economic thought, financial accounting, finance as well as a concultant for the university's marketing
